This policy explains what personal data Kantega.ID collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

Data controller
Kantega AS (org. no. 985 815 534), Kirkegata 5, 0153 Oslo, Norway, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. If you have questions about privacy, you can contact us at post@kantega.no.
What we collect
When you visit the website we collect a limited set of data through web analytics:
- IP address (anonymised)
- Approximate geographic location based on the IP address
- Operating system and device type (mobile or desktop)
- Browser and browser version
- Which subpages you visit at Kantega.id, and the links and buttons you click on the page
Web analytics (Matomo)
We use Matomo, a privacy-friendly analytics solution hosted on Kantega's own servers in Norway. Matomo is configured without cookies.
The data is used only to understand how the website is used so that we can improve it. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Contact form
If you fill in our contact form, we process the information you provide in order to respond to you:
- Name
- Email address
- Message and any options you select in the form
Legal basis
Processing of data from the contact form is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Anonymised, cookie-free web analytics is based on our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Retention
Enquiries from the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to follow up on the enquiry. Analytics data is stored in aggregated form and does not contain information that identifies you.
Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. The analytics solution runs on Kantega's own infrastructure, and data is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we process about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Request restriction of, or object to, the processing
- File a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority
