Tailor, manage, and issue digital credentials

Think of it as a design studio for digital credentials where you decide what the credential looks like, what it should contain, and which systems it should fetch data from before you publish and share the credential with individuals or businesses.

Tailor, manage, and issue digital credentials

How does it work?

After you have created a user and invited other relevant users to the platform, you can start designing your first digital credential.

1

Choose content and data sources

You define yourself what you want the digital credential to contain, whether it is fixed content you write yourself or dynamic content that retrieves data from other places.

Examples of this would be an internal database with a list of employees, fixed content such as access levels, or more dynamic content that can be fetched from APIs.
Use of national ID number and password, or one-time password, to confirm login and verify electronic ID
2

Choose format and signature

Choose which format the credential should use, what type of signature and certificate. Credential Studio then ensures that each credential is signed with the correct certificate and registered in the national sandbox.

It is critical that digital credentials are trustworthy—that they are signed with the right type of certificate.
3

Design and brand the credentials

You easily choose the color, logo, and appearance of the credential so that it matches your profile and clearly shows that the credential comes from you.

You can also design the sharing pages where users go to download a credential. The sharing pages are tailored to fit your profile whether they are integrated with your systems or used through our portal.
4

Publishing and sharing

You can work on a credential without publishing it. Only when you are ready can you choose to publish and make the credential available. You are always in control of what and which versions are published and made available to users.

The credential can be shared with wallets that are compatible with the most relevant standards within eIDAS 2.0.
5

Manage and maintain

Credential Studio gives you a simple, clear overview of issued credentials, validity, and usage. If credentials need to be revoked or changed, this can be done from our service.
